"Ang tingin ko ang six months would not be sufficient," Robredo told columnists on Friday at a snare meeting in Naga City, where she went to the blowout of Our Lady of Peñafrancia.
"Noong nakaraang ilang araw, pester demand ako sa (Department of Interior and Local Government) ng instructions kung ano ang ginagawa ng ating gobyerno pagdating sa recovery kasi mayroon tayo ngayon na 700,000 surrenderers at wala throb national na existing na layout kung ano ang gagawin sa kanila," Robredo said.
Last Tuesday, Interior Secretary Mike Sueno, Cabinet Secretary Jun Evasco, heads of various government offices and Catholic Church delegates informed the Vice President on their endeavors on the recovery of medication clients and pushers turning themselves into the police.
Robredo repeated that the police ought not treat the expanding number of surrenderees as an achievement, yet just "a way to accomplish the achievement."
"So ako naman naiintindihan ko na hindi ito kaya ng Pangulo lamang, kailangang pagtulungan nating lahat," she said.
Amid the meeting, Robredo offered the assistance and assets of the Office of the Vice President in the group restoration programs for the surrenderees.
Robredo said the DILG, DOH, Department of Social Welfare and Development, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, Dangerous Drugs Board and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority were cooperating to address the restoration problem.
